Arrosticini are a class of traditional Abruzzese cuisine from the Italian region of Abruzzo.Arrosticini (rustelle or arrustelle in the local dialects; also known as spiedini or spiducci) are typically made from castrated sheep meat, or lamb, cut in chunks and pierced by a skewer.
Our Free Range Lamb Arrosticini of 25 Packs is worthy of paying for. This is a specific form of skewer, made from lam. It is best enjoyed when grilled, and topped with the Mediterranean Sea Salt. The meat is skewed and butchered manually into small cubes and placed on a skewer made of wood. The meat is coupled with pieces of fats to ensure that the meat stays tender and overwhelms with flavour.
