Our popular Beef Point End Brisket comes from the chest's point end, featuring a triangular shape with two distinct muscles separated by a layer of fat. The point end is slightly fattier than the navel end, which enhances its rich, tender flavour. 

Ideal for braising, slow cooking, or smoking, it produces a juicy, flavourful result with a tender, shredded texture. Great for Ragus, shredded brisket served in soft tortillas or tacos or simply smoked or slow-cooked with a tangy BBQ sauce
