These large, juicy olives from the Seville province in southern Spain are a sought-after best seller. They offer a firm texture and fine flavour, infused with small pieces of hot guindilla green peppers for a mild Spanish-style spiciness. NOTE: The brine also makes a delicious Dirty Martini!
