It is a typical gourmet sausage, where the chicken is prepared in low heat along with spring onion, garlic, rocket, breadcrumbs and egg, following which, prosciutto slices are wrapped around each sausage and then they are grilled hot to complete the preparation. It’s one of the most favourite and is pretty filling.
