Our pork Boston Butt is meticulously cut a little wedged shaped portion of the shoulder of the pork. It is cut just above the customary picnic cut, including the blade bone as well as the lean butt. We ensure the availability of both the customary extensions of the tenderloin cut and we also make sure that they can be used instead of the custom tenderloin.
