Our free-range porchetta rolled & tied of approximately 2.5 to 3 kg is one of our most iconic items, which is meticulously seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, parsley, garlic, fennel seeds, and thyme. Then they are carefully hand-rolled, scored and tied to perfection. It is Italian-inspired roasted pork, which is belly layered with herbs and garlic, before being hand-rolled.
